• Anyone using fuel fired mobile appliance (propane or natural gas) in the form of a trailer / truck etc needs to consult a fuel safety inspector from TSSA to ensure the set up of their equipment meets their requirements
• You must meet all Board of Health Requirements!
• You must be open and prepared to do business at the opening time of the festival
• Removal or take down of booths before closing is not permitted.
• Thursday morning set up is between 10 am and 2 pm. Please check in with security. Vendor locates will be installed on Wednesday and requests for early set up may be considered.
• You are responsible for your own water hoses and extension cords.
• The Belle River-On the Lake BIA reserves the right to not accept any applications. No refunds on any cancellations.
• Locations will be assigned as your applications are accepted. Vendor acceptance package will be available before the event (contains a parking pass, a site map, and a complete vendor list)
