KARMA YOGA

All proceeds from this months Karma class will go to the Labute Family. Kim is a member here at BF Fitness and Bob is a fellow trainer at REC in Essex.

Their granddaughter Ayla has recently been diagnosed with Leukemia while visiting from BC.

Her Mom, Dad and Brother have come to stay from BC while she is undergoing treatment. Which has kept them away from their careers and school.
