Qigong is based on Chinese medicine tradition, it is a simple energy practice that combines gentle movement, tapping, breath, and mindful awareness to activate the body, the meridian channels and refine our Qi or Life force energy.
This energy can be utilized immediately for self-healing, regulating the nervous system and calming the mind.

Its exercises are suitable for all ages from children to the elderly and can be done sitting or standing.
