WE’RE SIX YEARS OLD!!

Run-Walk-Dash 5K for Ronald McDonald House Charities – South Western Ontario. You can elect to participate in the 5k IN PERSON event OR back, by popular demand, the HOUSE 2 HOUSE event, where participants can sign up to run the total distance from Windsor RMH to London RMH (182km) throughout the months of May to July!

We also want to hope for your families and loved ones to stay close, just as the Ronald McDonald House does, so teams are definitely encouraged! Knowing that the past couple years have been hard on families and businesses, we are hoping to see our community come together to help a charity that is so near and dear to our heart. So let’s RUN at the oppourtunity to have some fun this spring, get sweaty, get healthy, crush goals and make a difference!
