Hi there! We are a husband and wife duo with a passion for delicious bread, specifically all things sourdough. Our sourdough goodies are all made with natural ingredients, are naturally leavened (no yeast here) and naturally beautiful! We can’t wait to share them with you!
Sour what?! Sourdough is a naturally leavened bread which means it doesn’t use yeast to rise. Instead, it uses a starter which contains good bacteria and wild yeast. This starter is a fermented flour and water mixture which gives our bread it’s amazingly complex flavour. Our breads take 3 days to make, trust us it’s worth it! By combining room temperature fermentation and cold proofing, you end up with a yummy, and easily digested loaf of bread
