A Guide To Understanding The Maple Syrup Process
Come join us as Rob Nadeau, owner and operator at Ruscom Maple Farms joins us for the first time in store for this 1-1.5hr informative Maple Session! Rob is ready and eager to give you the ins and outs to understanding the Maple Syrup process. He will explain the entire history of “sugaring” up to todays methods and then how to transform syrup into other products. Along with his wealth of knowledge, he will bring several items used in collection/filtering and transformation so that participants can see and touch the items required for sugaring. Each participant will take home a 500ml bottle of maple syrup and a 250gr maple butter!
