The Dinner & Information Session/Meeting will be held in the “Indoor Patio” at Twiggs Bar & Grill
Dinner Option Starts at 6pm
Meeting Begins at 7pm, Wraps up by 9pm

Membership Forms will be available at the Meeting!
We will review what was covered at the 1st Meeting back in November and answer any questions before moving on into the new items to be discussed. This will include (but not be limited to):
-Accepting Membership Forms and Determining if we will officially become a club in the OBN (We need a minimum of six to start a club) *Must have B.A.S.S. Memberships before Club Membership is Official – This will be discussed in more detail at the meeting
-Nominating and Electing our inaugural Club Executive and Directors
-Determining Our Annual Club Membership Dues for 2024 and Collecting These Dues *Must be paid in Full before Club Membership is Official – This will be discussed in more detail at the meeting
-Coming up with our Official Club Name
-Discussing the various committees and responsibilities where club members can participate
-Outline Tournament Ideas and Locations for the Director and Committee to put together schedules to be presented at the next meeting
-Open the Floor to other suggestions from members
-Nominating and Electing our inaugural Club Executive and Directors
